What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant (VA) can be any type of remote assistant who provides administrative, creative, or technical support services for online or brick-and-mortar business owners.
How will the Virtual concept work for me?
After the Discovery Call, we will discuss on-boarding and work processes to help us achieve your goals.
Are there security measures in place for me?
We will sign a contract that includes a Confidentiality Agreement.
How does invoicing work?
Once you have decided on a package that fits your needs, you will begin to receive an invoice on the 1st of each month. Due to the nature of this business I ask for payment of 1 month in advance. Adjustments for actual hours worked in the previous month will be reflected in your statement. Your credit card will automatically be charged on the 5th of each month.
What hours are you available ?
I’m available Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Can you make sales calls for me?
As a business owner, it’s best that you personally make connections with your customers. I can do customer follow-up calls and other major administrative tasks so you can have more time for those calls.
How do I track productivity hours?
The number of hours worked is tracked on a daily basis. The productivity report will be sent to you at the end of each week to keep our projects on time and within your budget.
